Please read booking guidelines below before filling out your form.

• Appointments with Lauren can only be made through this website, and in person at the shop. Please do not use social media for booking purposes.

• Piercing hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 11:30 am to 7pm. Walk-ins are accepted, however, if youd prefer to make an appointment you can do so through the form provided.

• A $20 Deposit is required to book your appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited for no call/no shows.

• If you are under 18 years old, parental consent and proof of age (birth certificate) will need to be provided.
